Miami Beach, FL:  Restaurant Solutions has been providing proforma business plan development and accounting services, food & beverage cost controls and labor scheduling support to the recently opened Quattro Gastonomia Italiana in South Beach. This "casual elegant" serves authentic Northern Italian Cuisine, and has become a local hot spot within a few months of opening.

Raleigh, NC: Restaurant Solutions has spent two years in the design and development of the Hideaway BBQ. The restaurant opened in Sept 2006 and the venue offers great BBQ along with unique country and Cajun cooking. The restaurant also offers classic country music with acts from around the country. Restaurant Solutions is currently the Managing Partner for the facility.

Durham, NC:  We have recently been contracted to develop a New Orleans style restaurant and nightclub in downtown Durham.

Lexington, MA: Restaurant Solutions is currently providing accounting and financial support services to the recently opened LEXX restaurant in Lexington Center.

Raleigh, NC: Restaurant Solutions recently completed concept, menu development and design services to the international investment group Wake Holdings, LLC. The project involved a $1.2 million turn-key transformation of a 7,000 square foot south-western themed restaurant to a contemporary Italian Trattoria, Tavola Rossa. The restaurant opened in August and features a wide selection of wood fired specialties. Unique to the 250 seat restaurant is the Carolina's only Antipasto Bar.

Merced, CA: Restaurant Solutions is currently providing menu development, restaurant operations and financial support services to the Firehouse Brewpub in Merced, CA.

Allston, MA: Restaurant Solutions is currently providing restaurant accounting, menu profitability and general financial oversight services to the recently opened Soulfire BBQ.

Myrtle Beach, SC:  Restaurant Solutions was responsible for the concept, design and operational development of Pomodoro's a classic Trattoria that recently opened (July 06) in Myrtle Beach. We are currently involved overseeing the project and the restaurant's marketing.
