The project also represents another "turn-key restaurant creation" contract performed by Restaurant Solutions. From menu development and restaurant layout and design services for both the kitchen and front of house, to hiring and training staff and implementing operations and management systems and controls, we guided this restaurant development project from beginning to end. We even stayed on for a year and a half to manage the facility on behalf of the company.
