 Stars represented a total "restaurant creation" contract for Restaurant Solutions. We were hired by the owners to develop a concept and menu (eclectic fusion with regional accents), design the entire 170 seat facility with outdoor dining patio overlooking the harbor, hire and train the entire staff, and manage the opening of the restaurant. Subsequently we entered into a management contract, and operated the restaurant for one year prior to turning it over to the owners, who successfully manage the facility today.
