The Robert Trent Jones Golf Club, known to the locals in the greater Washington, D.C. area simply as "RTJ," has played host to three of the four President's Cups -- in 1994, 1996 and 2000. When management of the facility needed an assessment of its food and beverage operation they contacted Restaurant Solutions. We performed this task under a
ninety day contract. Subsequently, multiple changes that were implemented by management resulting in reduced food and beverage costs as well as new staff training procedures.
