 This Pete and P.B. Dye masterpiece has already been recognized as one of the Myrtle Beach’s finest golf courses. It also represented Restaurant Solutions first entry into golf course restaurant development consulting. We came into the project on the heels of the architect, who had
regrettably designed the kitchen and purchased equipment prior to developing a food concept and menu. We
began by redesigning the kitchen and bar area based on our new menu, and preceded to hire and train staff.
We went on to manage the opening of the facility.
