Myrtle Beach, SC

The Breakers, a new six hundred-room ocean front resort hotel on Myrtle Beach, wanted a new concept themed restaurant to service its guests. The hotel contracted with Restaurant Solutions to once again provide our "turn-key restaurant creation" services. The result is Papa’s, a tribute to the legacy, life and times of Papa Ernest Hemingway. The restaurant's interior is highlighted by hand painted murals created by a celebrated local artist, depicting his interpretation of Hemingway’s many loves: fishing, hunting, literature, and quiet times spent in Key West and casting from a john boat in South Carolinas low country. The menu is a combination of the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean and the sultry romance of the Mediterranean.
