Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort, a 2000 room facility, offers the most complete collection of resort accommodations and amenities on the South Carolina Coast. It includes three signature golf courses, indoor and outdoor pools, racquet and tennis club, a summer adventure camp for children, a full-service health & beauty spa, and an on-site dining and entertainment facility. Restaurant Solutions was hired in 1989 as part of a transition of ownership to the current operators, Myrtle Beach National. The original scope of services involved an assessment and revitalization of Webster’s Restaurant located in the hotel. This 90 day contract evolved into more than a year as we methodically moved
to each of the three resort restaurants making similar modifications to concept, menus and overall operations & management.
