A perfect neighborhood bistro created in the Forest Hills section of Wilmington. The owner, Vance
Donkle, hired Restaurant Solutions to engineer the entire project from concept and menu to site location, design, hiring and training staff and architecting the opening. The 80-seat dining room was highlighted by colorful murals of Mediterranean scenes, and striking black and white photographs of men playing
Bocci. The menu highlighted an assortment of designer pizzas, pastas and regional Italian entrees, most prepared in a conspicuous wood fired oven.
