Aesops Bagels

 Aesops Bagels is a quick service format restaurant prototype that opened in 1995. Subsequently, three additional units opened in the Boston area. Restaurant Solutions developed the concept and menu with input from ownership, designed the counter and production areas, hired and trained staff and implemented operational, management and accounting controls prior to and following the opening.
